Project Overview

SReXperts APAC 2025 was an exclusive, invitation-only event that brought together Nokia IP customers and partners from across the Asia-Pacific region in Osaka, Japan. Delivered over three days, the program combined knowledge sharing, technical training, and thought leadership in a highly immersive environment.

The agenda featured a large-scale, purpose-built demo environment, continuous customer meetings, plenary and breakout sessions, as well as written exams and certifications, complemented by curated networking opportunities throughout.

    SReXperts APAC 2025 marks the 10th consecutive event, across both in-person and large-scale virtual formats that CW3 Events & Studio has been engaged to deliver.  This milestone reflects a trusted, long-standing partnership and CW3’s proven ability to execute complex, global programs at scale.

    Project Results

    The result was a seamless, high-impact event experience for 750 attendees, including customers, partners, media, analysts, and Nokia executives. Through precise coordination and creative execution, CW3 delivered an environment that supported both deep technical engagement and meaningful connection.

      Our Approach

      CW3 Events & Studio was engaged to deliver the event end-to-end, partnering closely with Nokia’s global teams across Europe, the Americas, and APAC. Our scope spanned creative direction, content development, and full-scale production delivery. This included the design and production of graphic and video assets, the creation of an immersive 750 Sqm custom-designed experiential space including software and hardware demos, plenary session production (including video and presentation content), as well as comprehensive supplier and logistics management.
