Networks 4 The Next 2026 is a flagship Nokia conference bringing together senior leaders, industry experts, and technology innovators from across the Middle East and Africa to explore the future of digital infrastructure.
Held at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina the two-day program combined plenary sessions, technical masterclasses, and tech talks with interactive demo experiences, creating a focused environment for insight, innovation, and high-value networking.

Project Results
The CW3 team provided end-to-end operational support, managing key attendee-facing and digital components to ensure a seamless and professional event experience.
We delivered a streamlined registration process, supporting delegates from initial sign-up through to onsite attendance, while maintaining accurate reporting and real-time data management. Alongside this, we managed the event website, ensuring all program updates, speaker information, and logistical details were consistently up to date and clearly communicated to a global audience.
We also acted as the primary point of contact for delegate enquiries, handling a high volume of requests across multiple time zones and providing timely, solutions-focused support across registration, event logistics, and general information.
In addition, we coordinated the event app, ensuring delegates had easy access to schedules, session information, and real-time updates throughout the conference. This played a key role in enhancing engagement and helping attendees navigate the multi-stream program with ease.
