Project Results
The CW3 team collaborated closely with the client’s talented internal team to design and deliver two seamless events. Our responsibilities encompassed managing all venues and suppliers, as well as overseeing graphic design and creative elements across campaigns, branding, and screen content.
We led the full production and technical execution of both events, handling show calling, technical production, and stage and screen design. Additionally, CW3 played a key role in securing, managing, and coordinating the Genesys ecosystem of partners, ensuring their successful participation as exhibitors and sponsors.
Event highlights included an unforgettable party night at The Ivy, along with our highly engaging CSR Giveback activities hosted by Genesys in both Wellington and Sydney.
