Our Approach
CW3 Events & Studio delivered comprehensive support services to the IPBA secretariat based in Tokyo, this included initial budgeting, marketing services, registrations, invitations and campaigns, website, contracting and managing the logistics for all sponsors and exhibitors, speaker and agenda management, registration and housing services along with creative design and video productions. The team was also onsite to oversee registrations and housing.
