Project Results
The CW3 team collaborated with the client’s talented internal team to design and deliver the event. This included managing 6 venues, arranging flights and transfers, graphic designs, mood boards, creative demo area and styled arrivals and catering spaces. We also handled branding, wayfinding, screen content (including storyboarding and producing multiple videos), lighting show, and full logistic event delivery. Additionally, we oversaw full production and technical delivery of the plenary sessions, show called, arranged entertainment and networking events, assisted with external speaker recommendations and assisted with speaker coaching and briefings prior to the event.

The CW3 team embraced the challenge, ensuring that every member was thoroughly briefed to deliver a creative and flawlessly executed event. Friendly collaboration and the free flow of creative ideas between the client and CW3 team members guaranteed a successful and impactful outcome.
