Owned and operated by Conference Works in collaboration with long-time partner Global Lead Technologies, (the two Mark’s) the team once again orchestrated a comprehensive week-long event lineup. Key highlights included the prestigious Asian Battery Conference and Exhibition, alongside the pivotal 8th International Secondary Lead Conference and Exhibition.
The team demonstrated creativity and agility in navigating post-Covid-19 event requirements, ensuring meticulous planning and execution. The team managed every aspect of the event including, program, speakers, media releases and communications to sales for sponsors and exhibitors, creative elements, video, production and AV, entertainment and all the large-scale logistics involved in delivering an event of this nature.
Critical to success was effective communication, adeptly handling participants from over 60 countries. Our professional and collaborative approach with local Cambodian event partners ensured that all attendees’ expectations were not just met, but exceeded.
CSR Give Back
To cap off a week filled with non-stop activities, we successfully organized a remarkable CSR initiative called ONE Minute Giveback. With the generous support from media, our esteemed USA-based partner Sorfin Yoshimura, and all the companies and delegates who contributed, we were able to make a substantial donation to the local Children’s Hospital, Angkor Hospital for Children. This donation will significantly impact the lives and help many very sick children in Siem Reap, Cambodia.
Conclusion
After extensive collaboration, planning, foresight, and understanding, the two Marks (our longtime event partners) successfully delivered a week of highly successful events. These events marked the largest gatherings in Siem Reap in the past five years!
Exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, and a significant majority of our delegates—many with diverse dietary preferences—expressed high satisfaction and happiness with the proceedings.
